Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers
Toowoomba situated in Queensland high in the ranges celebrates Spring each year with the beautiful flowers. Toowoomba is a sister city to Takatsuki, Japan, Paju, South Korea and Wanganui, New Zealand and those cities send a cultural contingent to celebrate with the city of Toowoomba.
