Balance

The lovely Teegan as model, the surf at Burleight and a moon shot from a couple of months ago using masks and filters.

Balance

The long road or the easy way?
A lifetime’s fight or for the day?
A life of ease or one of pain?
The choice returns time and again.
Will souls survive to grow or burn?
Questions rise and questions return.
No man is free from nagging doubts:
Each man’s mind turns and turns about.
Must one give of one’s full measure
Of choice for some unsure treasure?
Proof is scarce and answers are gray –
But is there not a middle way?
There is – it is a narrow path
That brings joy but rouses no wrath.
With much thought and a dash of luck
A careful balance can be struck:

Lizzie,
As you stated some plugins do not work with Apple Mac.
I have Adobe Photoshop that I use, plus Paintshop Pro to make the plaids, both old software. These programmes use 'layers'.

I don't know how to help you make a plaid in Apple Mac, but I am sure you could if you have the software, then find the right plugins that are compatible with Apple Mac plus the plugins (filters.)

One of the plugins I use is at
http://www.btinternet.com/~cateran/simple/
however, on that site it doesn't say anything about it being compatible for you.
I use another plugin as well but once again I don't believe it's compatablie either.

Let me know how you get on regarding what you can find out, if you are able to then I will tell you what I did to make a plaid so you can make one if you wish to.

Regards,
Margaret
