A STROLL ON THE WILD SIDE

On BB a lady did a lovely collection of idallic shots of her day Australia Day. I thought would get idallic visions visiting my brothers creek and bush hut.

Appropriatly for Australia Day being an Australian had in my float a hare eating my hay (The hare came out on the ships for stealing meadow hay in Sussex)and who I thought was Slytherian but nooo.

I know it is not my Slytherian as she, my Slytherian, is a big fat girl. This Is a "ring in" ...a Mr. Slytherian looking for my Slytherian. If he marries her and have babies I am shifting and they can have my horse float and house. Wish I could talk Par.....you know snake talk. I think perhaps I should go to bed as am overly tired and nonsensicle.

By the look on the baby magpies face it is sceptical that they will get married or my sanity. I will have nightmares tonight.

Hi Elizabeth,

You are like Helen, she loves animals and doesn't mind having creepy crawly things running around the house (and in our ceiling). I don't know whether I could handle a snake in my shed.

Mind you we did have a green snake in our garden somewhere and now we've got one of those dragon lizards roaming around as well as a blue tongue lizard.

Cheers

Rudy

Hi Rudy,
Can not say am thrilled walking about at night without a torch and now I have not mowed the outside and heaps of weeds and long grass...can never find the torch..the carpets give me the most awful frights even thought I know they are about...I rear back..the way they move is so sinister...You are doing well with your reptiles in the garden..I do believe Australians are changing their attitudes and do not immediatly kill what they do not understand or is dangerous coming to the realization that this little planet belongs to all creatures...there i go again on the soapbox sorry....Kind regards, Elizabeth

Hi lil harry,
Yep you look up snake talk so I can talk that fellow out of the horse float where he insists on sleeping all day or else will have to drive the float to the shed back her in and unload the snake again...give me strength...fortunatly have not been using the float with EI but do need it next week. Just borrowed the Harry Potter movie from my nieces children, Goblet of Fire, and saw the relative of my pets....am I Voldermere?? I was not confident to type out what I thought was the word for the snake language as was too chicken to make a spelling error...!!!er er another I should say
Kind regards,
Elizabeth. PS Steady rain here what a pleasant sound on the tin roof...I am always happy in the rain...

I am decidedly nervous with this snake living so close to the house because ole slytherian original does not come near the house...thought it was strange when first spied the snake in the float as is kept out the front since EI in case of contagion from the floats travels as use it to transport hay....no worries now thought will just give it a talking to...he he Regards, Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth,

You can get on your soap box any time you want. We need people like you and Helen to remind us that other things deserve life as much as we do.

I think that it's only fair that if they invade our house that they should pay some sort of rental...LOL.

Cheers

Hello Elizabeth,
Oh goodness, snakes nice ones are ok and they are beautiful creatures really, it's just the thought for me.
I did have a Tiger snake go over my big toe once and I kept very still till is had gone into the bush. After that episode I couldn't look at a snake for year but over came that to touch once more :)
Take care,
Margaret
