Wake Up Call

Have been a little distracted of late will get back on to doing posts.  I have had a mole which would not heal and silly me but my head in the sand hoping it would go away, which it has not surprise surprise.

Worry worry and stress and do not do anything about it and now it has grown suspected malignant and and  am having it removed tomorrow.  I am concerned to the extend they will excavate my face and am concerned to the extent of the malignancy and am concerned regarding metastasizing...

I tend to but my head in the sand and hope bad things will go away .....not a good policy....

Went for a very short break to the coast where I had not been for a lot of years, became ill with the flu and a few other issues but managed to appreciate the beautiful coastlines we have here in Australia.  I had never seen the coastline across the border into NSW and the deserted pristine beaches are absolutely glorious....

The ocean crashing into the rocks at Byron Bay, northern NSW in the early morning.

Byron Bay lighthouse in the early morning before the sun rose.  A little distortion with the wide angle lens which I quite like for more drama.

Another later in the morning of the Byron Lighthouse...such a beautiful spot.

A beautiful deserted beach on the northern NSW coastline

In a national Park on the coastline of Northern NSW

Pelicans feeding on a cornered school of bait fish...the dark smudges under the water is the school

The water turns to aqua in the shallower areas where the pelicans were having a feast.

The surfers in the early morning autumn morning

Age is no barrier doing what one enjoys....the early sun shining through the water was just gorgeous...

This surfer is an inspiration of what the human spirit can do.

Ohhhh! Lizzy they are magic photos. That is scary news about the mole. I sometimes feel the same about putting my head in the sand rather than check out a problem. However after my brother died from Melanoma I had all my moles checked and a suspicious one removed. Good luck with the test.
