They are the most beautiful colour aren't they? I had 2 of them in my garden but I had to get rid of them in the drought.
Brisbane is alive with the colour at the moment....heralds final exams in Queensland...students stress as the jackaranda blossoms...I love the trees at the University Queensland, St Lucia.
A shame you had to sacrifice the trees. Wivenhoe has improved in capacity but the dams up here supplying Toowoomba are now below 10%... a worry
